Reservations must be made at least 4 hours prior to shuttle departure time.
REFUNDS ARE NO LONGER PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 24hrs of scheduled departure time are eligible for a credit that will be provided in a form of an e-Gift Card good for 12 months.
Offers, Courtesy Changes, No Shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure time do not qualify for a credit.
A Refund Exception maybe provided for reservations made the same day and within 2 hours of booking.
Reminder: The12:30am slot is considered the next day. Example: flight arrives at 11:30pm thursday 2/4. The reservation would be 12:30am Friday 2/5. To avoid a no show cancellation be sure to select the correct day and time.
Please be sure you are meeting the shuttle at the correct Wal-Mart by using the link provided in the confirmation email. The shuttle will depart promptly as scheduled with no grace period.
Carseats are required for children but not provided. Please refer to the Texas Department of Public Safety for seat requirements.
